Refund & Return Policy
Overview
At Al-Rayan Fans, our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Fan bodies that have been dropped
- Bent blades
- Used fans
- Products exposed to over-voltage
- Fans with attempted self-repairs on the circuits
If your item meets the return criteria, you can choose between two options:
- Requesting a replacement, if applicable.
- Having the product repaired and returned to you within 5-7 days.
Please note that we do not offer refunds unless deemed a special case. We proudly offer a 2-year motor warranty and a 1-year circuit warranty on our products to ensure your satisfaction. If you believe your situation qualifies as a special case for a refund, please contact our customer service team.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank, as there might be some processing time before the refund is posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at 0325-8442200.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, please contact us at 0325-8442200 and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
