Free Delivery

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders above 25,000 PKR. This offer is applicable for shipments within Pakistan. To qualify, simply ensure your total order value exceeds 25,000 PKR before taxes and discounts.

Flat Shipping Rate

For orders below 25,000 PKR, we charge a flat shipping rate of 1,000 PKR. This flat rate applies to all locations across Pakistan, making it simple and straightforward for you to calculate shipping costs.

Nationwide Delivery

We deliver our products all over Pakistan. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, you can count on us to get your order to you safely and promptly. We partner with reputable courier services to ensure your package arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: Typically, delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through our courier partner’s website. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays or mis deliveries. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We are working on expanding our delivery network to international destinations and will update our policy once this service becomes available.
